A significant amount of work with the ACCC has been undertaken by your association (AAoA). 

The Merger of Wotif and Expedia has resulted in higher commissions, as predicted by the AAoA to the ACCC, however that is now history.

The construction of two new-build hotels, Pullman and ibis at Brisbane Airport, has commenced following a first turning of the sod ceremony onsite with Brisbane Lord Mayor Graham Quirk, owners and developers Flynn Property Group and Scott Flynn Properties, representatives from Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) and AccorHotels.
