The Hotel Motel & Accommodation Association is the peak body for the Australian accommodation industry. It is a specialist organisation committed to working for  employers in the accommodation sector.
 
The Association was formed to represent the interests of registered accommodation operators within the Tourism and Hospitality Industry, is registered as an Industrial Organisation of Employers and provides an experienced guiding and influential voice on behalf of the industry. The Hotel Motel & Accommodation Association is recognised as the leading authority in the Accommodation sector within Australia.

HMAA represents a range of accommodation establishments including 5 Star Hotels, Resorts, Motels, Motor Inns, Bed & Breakfasts, Boarding Houses, Backpackers, Time Share Establishments,groups, chains and independant operators in metropolitan and regional Australia adding up to a membership base of over 1500 properties and some 60,000 guest rooms.

HMAA offers a range of essential services and opportunities which assist accommodation properties and corporate businesses in their day-to-day activities.
